Each year, we send teams to work to rebuild homes and lives in areas devastated by natural disaster. You don't need special skills to join these trips, just a heart for service and a willingness to share the love of Christ with service. Recent trips have included Puerto Rico, Florida, Texas and North Carolinas as well as help right here in the Bayshore helping our neighbors recover from Sandy and other natural disasters.
We celebrate Christmas by giving of ourselves to the local families in need. We work with the elementary schools in Highlands, Navesink and Atlantic Highlands to identify families who need extra support for the holidays. Our congregation provides requested toys, electronics, clothes and a Christmas dinner for all who request it.
Food scarcity is a real concern for our community. Our congregations houses a food pantry that services hundreds of local families each month.
This group meets weekly on Wednesday's in the Chapel.
AA Meetings take place in Fellowship Hall which is downstairs. There is no elevator in the building.
